Monday-Friday (standard business hours) Role Summary This role sits within the Quality function and serves as the site's QMS subject matter expert. The Quality Systems Specialist ensures the Quality Management System ispliant, effective, and audit-ready, supporting ISO 9001pliance, internal audits, documentation control, and certification readiness. The role partners cross-functionally to ensure quality system requirements are embedded into daily operations and drives continuous improvement across the site. What You'll Be Doing Maintain and ensurepliance of the site QMS with ISO 9001 and corporate requirements Own and execute the internal audit program (planning, conducting, reporting) Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure and effectiveness Maintain QMS documentation (procedures, manuals, process maps) Support CAPA, risk management, training, and supplier quality systems Lead gap assessments and support certification/customer audits Partner with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams Provide training on QMS processes and audit readiness Supervise Document Control & Training Coordinator Support management review with quality metrics and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or related field Experience in manufacturing quality environments Experience with ISO 9001 or regulated QMS environments Internal auditor training preferred Strong knowledge of QMS systems (CAPA, document control, training, supplier quality) Strong technical writing,munication, andanizational skills Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Benefits Highlights 5% employer 401(k) contribution plus 50% match on up to 3% employee contributions 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave with phased return-to-work option (up to 80% schedule while receiving full pay for 6 months) 9 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday Up to 15 caregiver days and 80 hours sick time 3 paid volunteer days annually Medical, dental, and vision plans with HSA contributions Additional wellbeing and employee support benefits If you are interested, or know someone who may be a great fit, please or this position with them and encourage them to submit an updated resume.
