The Premier Source for Realistic Rotational Testing (youtube.com) What the ideal candidate will do: Serve as the primary on-site IT support resource. Support, maintain, and troubleshoot production IT systems, including network, hardware, and software applications. Monitor system performance on the production floor to ensure uptime and operational efficiency. Diagnose and resolve technical issues impacting manufacturing operations in a timely manner. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support system improvements and new implementations. Manage user access, system updates, and IT documentation in a production environment. Provide hands-on technical support for production equipment, systems integration, and end users. US Person Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant IT systems, infrastructure, or support experience. Experience supporting both local IT systems and manufacturing technology environment preferred. Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and time-management skills with the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and ability to support
Technical/Computer Skills:
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint). Experience supporting local network infrastructure, servers, backup/storage systems, and IT asset management. Experience supporting production computers, connected devices, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Familiarity with automation tools, facility technology systems, and platforms such as Tulip is a plus. •Drug and background screenings are conducted upon hire.
