This is an In-person role.
Job Responsibilities :
The Information Systems Specialist (ISS) provides on-site (Level 1 & 2) help desk support and helps manage the IT components of the agency. The ISS is responsible for technical support for routine operations and troubleshooting, assists with the implementation and management of IT projects, is responsible for basic "break-fix" capabilities, and liaises with outsourced IT service providers as appropriate. The right candidate is a self-motivated, resourceful and well-organized individual with a knack for problem-solving who is energetic, able to multitask, and comfortable working with a team.
Schedule and Weekly Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm (40 hours). In-person role.
Education, Skills and Experience :
A Computer Science degree (or related degree/experience) from an accredited institution or technology certifications (including CompTIA A+, Comp TIA Network, MSCE, and MCP) is preferred. Proficiency with standard operating systems (Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS) and PC workstations required. Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure environments preferred. Knowledge of back-up and messaging components and enterprise components such as firewalls, enterprise switches and routers. Experience with EMR Software, Modern MDM, SSO, and cloud computing preferred Understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay Range:
$72,000 -$82,000: This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
