About the Role As a Drainage Systems Specialist, you will serve as a vital troubleshooter for residential and commercial plumbing infrastructure. You will utilize your technical expertise to restore system functionality, improve flow efficiency, and provide homeowners with reliable, long-term solutions for their drainage challenges. Responsibilities Diagnose complex drainage obstructions and structural issues using advanced diagnostic equipment. Execute precise repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity of plumbing networks. Operate high-pressure water jetting and mechanical cabling tools to clear stubborn blockages. Deliver high-quality service outcomes by clearly explaining technical findings and repair options to clients. Maintain detailed service logs to track system history and ensure compliance with industry standards. Uphold rigorous safety and sanitation protocols to protect both the property and the work environment. Partner with field teams to optimize service workflows and improve overall response times. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated field experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, or a related mechanical trade. Comprehensive knowledge of drainage system architecture and core plumbing principles. Proficiency in operating specialized drain cleaning machinery and hand tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills Completion of formal technical or vocational training in plumbing. Proven ability to manage emergency service calls and troubleshoot under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Flexibility to support rotating schedules and on-call service requirements.
