Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing communication headset orders and providing support to customers through incoming phone calls and email inquiries. This role involves assisting customers with product information, order status, technical questions, and general support while working closely with multiple internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer and dealer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, technical support, repairs, and order status. Assist customers in identifying the best products for their specific applications. Collaborate daily with Sales, Production, Inventory Control, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping teams to support customer needs. Issue Return Authorization (RA) numbers for product returns and credits. Coordinate demo loaner equipment and shipping documentation. Provide package tracking information and assist with shipment follow-up. Support walk-in customers with product and service inquiries. Perform additional duties and administrative tasks as needed.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or office environment. #CNX100
