General Functional Responsibility:

Responsible for software development life-cycle management including project reporting, and overall task management, assuring that team members provide the proper services and complete the deliveries in an acceptable and timely manner. Can serve as a task leader on a project team for software development projects and is the official day-to-day point of contact.
