Responsibilities Support the troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to customers Identify problems and work to diagnose and resolve the issue Conduct account management activities for users Perform vulnerability scanning using provided security tools Install and implement security patches to ensure the IT systems meet security standards.
