Network Administrator Location:
Owings Mills, Maryland (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant operations within enterprise-level computer networks. Our team places strong emphasis on maintaining high network reliability and collaborating across IT functions to support organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software for enterprise environments. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate major incidents when required. Configure and manage network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Collaborate with IT staff and telecom vendors to resolve issues and coordinate network support activities.
Required:
Ability to work shift schedules in a 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. Experience monitoring, triaging, and resolving/escalating issues with enterprise Cisco networks and proprietary Utility networks. Proficiency in coordinating telecom issues with vendors and support staff. Demonstrated capability to manage major incident escalations and uphold network security and performance.
