Active TS/SCI Leidos is seeking an experienced Microsoft Exchange / System Administrator to support critical mission operations at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Suitland, MD. Primary Responsibilities:

Administer MS Exchange, Data Spillage Compliance and Restoration of Mailboxes. Administer and support Windows-based mission applications and hardware. Configure, maintain, and secure physical and virtual systems to STIG standards. Support system upgrades, backups, and performance tuning. Collaborate across IT teams to ensure seamless operations and mission success. Resolve technical issues using existing ticketing system and manage change requests. Maintain detailed documentation and asset inventories. Perform ACAS Driven System remediations to exceed System Compliance standards. Support Cloud based Functions, integration and ongoing Exchange Online Migration.

Basic Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance (in DISS). Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Security+ CE or IAT Level II certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of offer acceptance). Administrator of Microsoft Exchange Server and/or Enterprise Mailbox Services Hands-on experience with Windows Server (2008-2022), MS Exchange Server, Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs. Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and migration skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with rack-mounted servers, networking, and peripherals.
