We have been in business since 1964, starting with manufacturing Soda syrups and continuing to grow the company by adding services which are related to this core competency. These other companies include installing and Servicing bar equipment, servicing the soda systems, and supporting our customers with CO2 to use for their systems. Job Overview As an Installation and Service Technician specializing in soda, beer, CO2, and ice machines, nitro serve systems, etc. you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing beverage and ice equipment at client locations. You will ensure that installations are completed efficiently and that machines are operating effectively to meet client expectations. Additionally, you will provide ongoing servicing and troubleshooting to address any technical issues that arise. Responsibilities Install, set up, and configure soda dispensers, beer taps, CO2 systems, and ice machines at client locations. Conduct on-site visits to assess installation requirements and plan equipment placement for optimal functionality. Test and verify proper functionality of installed equipment, ensuring it meets quality standards and client specifications. Provide training to clients and their staff on the use, cleaning, and maintenance of beverage and ice machines. Respond promptly to service calls and requests for technical support, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues both remotely and on-site. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, sanitizing, and adjusting equipment settings to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order replacement parts or schedule repairs as needed. Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment installations, and customer interactions. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working with beverage and ice equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Technical Skills Equipment Maintenance
