• Job Summary
• We are seeking a skilled Procore Software Administrator to join our team. The Procore Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Procore platform, ensuring its optimal performance to support our construction projects.
• Duties
• Configure and customize the Procore platform to meet the organization's needs
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Procore users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Procore with other systems
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials for Procore users
• Skills
• Proficiency in operating systems and IT concepts
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
• Familiarity with SQL databases and RESTful APIs
• Understanding of DNS, MySQL, AWS, and load balancing technologies
