System Administrator Position:
The Sr. System Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security across the organization. This role supports both on‑premises and cloud‑based environments and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities of the Sr.
System Administrator:
Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Windows Server environments Administer and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent) Support and maintain Citrix application environments Manage cloud-hosted infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Develop and apply Microsoft Group Policies; handle server administration tasks Monitor and tune server performance to meet organizational needs Automate processes using PowerShell and other scripting/utilities Lead patch management to ensure system security and compliance Implement and maintain enterprise backup solutions Administer cybersecurity tools and monitor system logs for security events Perform vulnerability management and remediation Administer, patch, and maintain SAN systems and server hardware Required Skills & Experience of the Sr.
System Administrator:
5+ years of experience in systems administration. Expertise with Windows Server, VMware/Hyper‑V, Citrix, Azure, and AWS . Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Experience with patch management and enterprise backup platforms. Background in cybersecurity administration and log monitoring. Experience administering SAN systems and performing server hardware patching. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Professional certifications are preferred. #LI-HM1 #
