The QMS Specialist is responsible for assuring the alignment between Global Quality Management operational standards, and the Regional Level 2 QMS standards. Working with the Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) organization, the QMS Specialist conducts process audits to ensure all vehicle assembly plants conform with the regional and corporate Quality standards. The QMS Specialist must read across findings to all other assembly plants to ensure compliance across all plants. He/She is also responsible for ensuring that all the internal auditors of the plant are calibrated to the same standards. The QMS Specialist is also responsible for continuous updating of the Audit Checklist and Standards.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering5+ years experience in engineering or quality and/or a manufacturing environmentCapacity to work in teamExceptional communication skills with the ability to build solid partnerships both internally and externallyKnowledge of Plant Production Methods / Processes (BIW, Paint, G. Assembly, Plastics•with knowledge of corrosion risk and torque strategy)Knowledge of QMS Operational Standards, & SIS FundamentalsKnowledge of Problem Solving and Project ManagementKnowledge and ability to read the main
