What awaits you:

Perform administrative functions for our critical IT Design applications such as Polarion (ALM), including installation, configuration, documentation, testing / validation, maintenance and upgrades Act as 2nd level support working within our global Incident Management system (ServiceNow) for User support Interface with Business to ensure functionality requirements are documented and understood Ensure availability / uptime and performance of applications are deemed acceptable Maintain and implement security measures as required (patching, access control, change control, etc...)
