This role troubleshoots technical issues, implements upgrades, and collaborates with teams to keep IT operations running efficiently.nHours and Wage nnMonday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM nStarting wage range $26

• 30 per hour, based on experiencennDuties and Responsibilities nnProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware nTroubleshoot hardware, software, email, login, and connectivity issues nAssist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems and business applications nCreate, modify, and disable user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems nSupport onboarding and offboarding processes including equipment setup and recovery nMonitor system performance and report issues or outages to senior IT staff nAssist with maintenance of servers, network equipment, backups, antivirus, and security updates nDocument IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, inventory, and support tickets nHelp maintain company phone systems, wireless devices, and communication tools nCoordinate with vendors and service providers for support and repairs as needed nFollow company cybersecurity policies and assist with security best practices nMaintain confidentiality of company and employee information nPerform other duties as assignednnSkills and Abilities nnProficiency with Windows and/or Linux server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and user managementnExperience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and routing)nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWSnStrong understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutionsnHands-on experience with patch management and endpoint security toolsnAbility to script or automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or PythonnExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindsetnStrong documentation skills and attention to detail for compliance and process improvementnAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentnStrong interpersonal and communication skills to support end users and collaborate across teamsnnEducation and Experience nnBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience will be consideredn1-3 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related IT role requirednExperience managing Windows and/or Linux server environmentsnnPhysical Requirements nnAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periodsnAbility to lift, carry, or move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
