Job Description

Position Summary Woodlands National Bank is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to help support and administer the Bank's cloud environment, identity systems, endpoints, applications, and related infrastructure. This is a mid-level technical role focused on day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, application deployment, documentation, and execution of technology standards established by the Chief Information Officer. The ideal candidate is practical, curious, security-minded, and able to take ownership of technical issues instead of simply passing them to a vendor. Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows endpoints, and related systems.
  • Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MFA, conditional access, identity synchronization, and user access administration.
  • Administer endpoint-management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, or similar platforms.
  • Package, test, deploy, update, and remove approved applications using centralized deployment methods such as Intune, Company Portal, Group Policy, or PowerShell.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving endpoints, user access, applications, printing, Microsoft 365, servers, networking, VPN connectivity, and other supported technologies.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved through front-line support procedures.
  • Coordinate with software vendors, managed service providers, telecommunications providers, and other technology partners when specialized assistance is required.
  • Support endpoint security, encryption, patching, vulnerability remediation, backup monitoring, restoration testing, and technical security controls.
  • Assist with technology projects, migrations, endpoint refreshes, banking application support, audits, risk assessments, and disaster-recovery exercises.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including system inventories, procedures, configuration records, diagrams, and support notes.
  • Use PowerShell or other approved tools to automate repetitive administrative, deployment, reporting, and remediation tasks.
