Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to support and manage our organization's IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on educational technology. This position is essential to maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems throughout the district. The ideal candidate will perform both independent and collaborative system administration tasks, delivering a combination of remote and on-site support. Regular school visits are expected to assess technology environments, gather user feedback, and address real-world challenges directly. Key responsibilities include ensuring continuous system uptime, providing emergency technical support, and configuring and managing the district's core IT infrastructure. This encompasses server operating systems and hardware, networked and attached storage, cybersecurity tools, networking equipment, mobile device management and systems deployed both on-premises and in the cloud. In addition to daily operational support, the System Administrator will contribute to strategic initiatives within the I.T.S.
