Job Description:
Join our team as an Infrastructure Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting our IT infrastructure. This position offers a dynamic environment to collaborate with innovative professionals and make a significant impact. Responsibilities Configure, deploy, and support various site infrastructure components, including workstations, laptops, and printers. Provide software support for Windows OS, Office suites, and Linux environments. Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory to ensure seamless user access and security. Collaborate with multiple support teams to facilitate effective client and business support. Monitor IT work tickets and vulnerabilities across computers and printers through site dashboards. Skills High School Diploma/GED or higher, verified prior to start. Five years of experience in Information Technology, particularly in a manufacturing, public, or military context. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft PCs. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork. US Citizenship is required for this position. Preferred Skills Expertise equivalent to a bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology. Experience with Linux systems and digital transcription. Familiarity with Cisco VOIP support for phone systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively. Minimum of ten years of IT experience is advantageous.
