DPP is seeking a Mid-Level Endpoint
MECM/MDM
Systems Administrator to join a Global Technology Services team in a direct hire, fully onsite capacity. Employment type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

MECM/MDM
Systems Administrator will join a Global Technology Services team in a direct hire, fully onsite capacity. This role is highly hands-on and focused on endpoint administration, troubleshooting, deployment, and incremental system build-out across a multi-platform enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor who can independently execute endpoint work, resolve complex issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives under senior technical guidance.
What you will do:
In this role, you will work extensively with endpoint systems and device management platforms, supporting day-to-day operations as well as targeted improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating system imaging and provisioning Application packaging and software deployment Endpoint security, compliance, and patching Troubleshooting complex endpoint and deployment issues Supporting cross-platform environments, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android You will also collaborate closely with other engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on technical execution. Technical Scope (Mid-Level Expectations) This role executes and contributes to complex endpoint solutions but is not the primary architect for the environment. Includes hands-on work with:
MECM/SCCM
enterprise administration Windows Server and Active Directory (operational support level) Exchange administration (support and maintenance, not ownership) Cross-platform endpoint management Primary responsibilities: Endpoint & MECM Administration Serve as a technical contributor and SME for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM). Configure, maintain, and support MECM infrastructure, including: system upgrades and migrations client health and remediation collections and deployments Execute software deployment strategies through Software Center. Monitor endpoint health, performance, and deployment success. Software Deployment & Application Packaging Design and execute software deployment packages. Create, test, and maintain Windows application packages. Troubleshoot application installation and deployment failures. Implement and follow packaging standards and quality control procedures. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to support automation and deployment tasks. Execute deployment schedules and validation/testing procedures. Operating System Imaging & Provisioning Develop, maintain, and support OS imaging solutions across: Windows (primary) macOS Linux iOS and Android devices Assist with task sequences, drivers, baseline configurations, and post-imaging validation. Patch Management & Endpoint Security Support enterprise-wide device patching operations: deployment execution update rings testing and validation Monitor compliance and assist with vulnerability remediation. Implement endpoint security baselines and compliance standards. Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support and administer MDM solutions including: Microsoft Intune Kandji SOTI MobiControl Apple Business Manager Samsung Knox Troubleshoot device enrollment, policy application, compliance issues, and mobile app delivery. Operations & Support Support a Microsoft Exchange environment at an operational level. Assist with documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge sharing. Monitor and report on system metrics and KPIs. Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. 3+ years of hands-on IT operations experience with a strong endpoint focus. Practical experience with:
MECM/SCCM
Software deployment and application packaging OS imaging and endpoint provisioning Patch management and compliance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, endpoint security practices, and best practices. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a technical team. Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred/Nice to have:
Experience supporting MDM platforms beyond Intune. Exposure to multi-OS enterprise environments. Familiarity with ITIL or formal service delivery frameworks. Experience supporting enterprise Exchange environments. Previous experience in a fully onsite, operational IT environment. Interested?
