What You'll Do Customer Experience Champion Answer incoming calls with professionalism, positivity, and urgency Schedule service appointments and maintenance visits efficiently Help customers understand services, memberships, and next steps Resolve concerns with empathy and confidence Dispatch Wizard Coordinate and dispatch technicians for maximum efficiency Monitor schedules, route changes, and appointment updates Communicate clearly with field technicians throughout the day Keep jobs moving smoothly and customers informed Operations Support Maintain accurate customer records and notes Assist with invoicing, work orders, and follow-up communication Support the team with administrative and office coordination tasks Help create a positive, team-first office culture What Makes You a Great Fit Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and calm under pressure Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable using phones, scheduling software, and computer systems HVAC, dispatching, or customer service experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person with the right attitude!
