As a key administrative partner, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain the "open" and collaborative culture that defines Red Hat. This position requires a high degree of discretion, as you will regularly handle sensitive associate information in accordance with Red Hat policies and global privacy laws.

Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, including the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and the use of Calculated Fields to extract actionable insights.

Experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing during Workday's bi-annual feature releases.
  • Ticketing & Project Management:
Experience using ServiceNow to track system issues and manage administrative tasks
Collaboration Suite:
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data visualization and documentation, and Slack for real-time stakeholder communication
    Data Privacy:
A solid understanding of global data privacy regulations, including GDPR, and their application within an HRIS environment.
      Root Cause Analysis:
Ability to look beyond a system error to identify underlying data discrepancies or configuration gaps.
        Process Optimization:
A "continuous improvement" mindset—always looking for ways to automate manual administrative tasks or simplify complex workflows.
          Technical Writing:
Skill in creating clear, jargon-free documentation, job aids, and training materials for end-users.
            Autonomy & Initiative:
Proactive approach to work with the ability to move projects forward with minimal instruction, while knowing when to escalate issues to senior team members.
