Job Description

Job Summary:
The ERP Systems Administrator is a senior technical role within the IT Infrastructure team, responsible for the enablement, integration, and operational stability of the enterprise ERP suite and integrated systems. This role supports the infrastructure and automation that underpin ERP operations, cloud systems with multiple environments, and on-premises connector servers, time clock gateways, and third-party integrated systems. This role works closely with HRIS, MMIS, and Finance Systems Analysts-who serve as subject-matter experts-to ensure seamless system interoperability, secure environments, and optimized business processes supporting these key functional areas including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Supply Chain, and Time & Attendance.
Qualifications:
Education:
Preferred:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
Alternatively:
In lieu of bachelor's or associate's degrees, commensurate experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role will be accepted.
Skills and Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of IT experience as a System Administrator, Systems Analyst, or System Coordinator.
Application/System Configuration & Management:
Proven experience configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise applications and systems.
Integration Proficiency:
Experience with APIs, sFTP, middleware, and ETL tools.
Business Process Knowledge:
Ability to analyze, design, and automate business workflows across ERP modules.
Database & Data Management:
Familiarity with database structures, writing SQL queries, and managing data integrity and flow across systems.
ERP Systems:
Hands-on experience supporting and administering enterprise ERP platforms.
Device Management:
Knowledge of MDM tools and support for ERP-connected hardware.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Collaboration:
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
