Job Description

Netsuite Admin Introduction:
As a Netsuite Admin, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing NetSuite records, workflows, roles, and permissions, keeping WMS and NetSuite in real-time sync, and ensuring partner agencies can reliably place and track orders through the portal. You will also design and maintain NetSuite workflows, automate various processes, manage integrations between NetSuite, WMS, and third-party tools, and build dashboards for different departments.
Responsibilities:
Configure and optimize NetSuite records, workflows, roles, and permissions Maintain real-time sync between WMS and NetSuite Design and maintain NetSuite workflows and automation Manage integrations and data flows between NetSuite, WMS, and third-party tools Build and tune dashboards and saved searches for different departments Administer WMS transactions and monitor sync jobs Reduce exceptions and data mismatches in warehouse and logistics operations Configure forms, workflows, and access controls in the inter-agency portal Train internal users and external agency contacts on NetSuite and WMS Act as the first-line support and escalation point for ERP/WMS/portal issues
Requirements:
Required Skills:
3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration 6-10+ years in ERP system administration overall Ideal experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution-heavy environments Comfortable estimating effort for configuration/customization work Understanding of core accounting flows and software SDLC Advanced Excel for analysis Ability to explain complex integration challenges in non-technical language Strong technical written documentation and client focus
