Copier Service Technician (Field Technician) - Dickenson, ND

Copier service technician needed in Dickenson, ND! Do you enjoy solving problems with your hands, working independently, and knowing your work genuinely improves a customer's day? We're seeking a copier service technician to maintain, service, and repair copier and printer equipment at client sites. In this role, the copier service technician will serve as a trusted technician within a local territory, keeping equipment running smoothly and providing outstanding on-site support every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair printer/copier equipment at client sites using diagnostic tools and manuals Provide timely, courteous, and customer-focused on-site service Maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in service vehicle Complete technical training on new equipment and stay current with evolving technologies Accurately document service calls, time entries, and inventory usage Represent the client professionally in appearance and conduct Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment

Qualifications Requirements:

High school diploma and 2+ years of technical, mechanical, or field service experience (or equivalent) Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a clean driving record Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments Proficiency with MS Office and other business collaboration tools Must reside in or around Dickenson, ND Employment is contingent upon background checks and drug screening (where applicable)

Preferred:

Associate degree or technical certification Experience with Printer/Copier equipment such as Sharp, Canon, HP, or Konica Minolta equipment Prior field service or equipment repair experience
