At the New Jersey Samsung Service Center, we're seeking talented individuals to join us in learning cutting-edge mobile techniques for Samsung smartphones, tablets, laptops, wireless earphones, smartwatches, and more. The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) will serve as the first point of contact in a retail environment and provide administrative support across the organization.

Job Description :

Greet, welcome and direct guests Answer, and screen any incoming phone calls and Google inquiries, while providing center information when needed Help to ensure opening and closing procedures are followed Preverve knowledge of Android OS, and Samsung products and service offerings Promote and assist customers to complete Endless Aisle Sales Provides Level 1 technical support performing Troubleshooting & Diagnostic to ensure proper resolution Provides resolution of Software and user error issues Educates Customer about Samsung Products Process device intake for Level 2 Repair (Hardware) and mail-in service Properly use the systems to create tickets detail documentation All other duties as assigned by manager Update Endless Aisle and SAW tracker weekly
