The Role As a Service Coordinator , you are the heartbeat of our service department. You will serve as the essential link among our customers, skilled technicians, and internal teams. This is a high-visibility role where your organizational skills and professional empathy directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities Case Management:
Receive and manage service requests via phone, email, and customer portals, taking full ownership from the initial call to final invoicing.
Logistics & Dispatch:
Prioritize daily workflows, schedule technicians, and coordinate planned maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Communication Hub:
Act as the primary contact for technicians in the field—tracking job statuses, providing materials, and troubleshooting logistical hurdles.
Account Support:
Process quoted repairs for national accounts and monitor parts orders, proactively keeping customers informed on ETAs.
Data & Billing:
Run forklift maintenance reports, monitor upcoming service needs, and ensure all billing aligns with specific customer purchase order requirements for 100% accuracy. What You Bring to the
Table Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and the ability to navigate various internet applications and customer portals. The "Multitasker"
Mindset:
A proven ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a high-volume, fast-moving setting.
Detail Driven:
High attention to detail, especially regarding service reports and billing compliance.
Communication Pro:
