Senior / Principal Windows System Administrator (Clearance Required)

SciTec has an immediate opportunity for a talented Senior / Principal Windows System Administrator to join our team in Princeton, NJ. Successful applicants will bring deep experience with Active Directory design, configuration, & maintenance, Windows Server and desktop operating system support, familiarity with hardware procurement, a readiness to work hands-on keyboard to solve challenging problems, a strong collaborative spirit, experience successfully mentoring junior team members, superior problem solving skills, a passion for security and data protection, and a clear focus on supporting customer needs. Responsibilities Provide Windows systems administration in multiple heterogeneous Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems, applications, and related software, including Microsoft Exchange, Office, SharePoint and SCCM. Implement and maintain Group Policy settings and other configuration tools. Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect Windows systems and data. Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows systems and applications. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems. Develop and document technical configurations, processes and procedures Collaborating with other teams Other duties as assigned
