Job Description :
Provides system administration, troubleshooting, and sustainment support for C2MS mission systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security in direct support of AFSOC operations. Execute cybersecurity compliance actions in support of RMF, including
DISA STIG
implementation, vulnerability remediation (e.g., ACAS findings), POA&M updates, and audit readiness.
Job Requirements :
Provide system administration and sustainment support across server, client, and mobile platforms in accordance with established system architectures. Maintain Windows-based client systems, iOS-based electronic flight bag tablets, Android-based tactical smartphones, and Windows-based mission planning clients. Execute and follow established operations and maintenance processes; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Develop and follow documented incident response measures Maintain hardware and network infrastructure for fielded systems. IAT Level II certification; Experience with Windows (2012 or higher); Scripting; PowerShell (Windows); Bash (Linux); Active Directory. Perform administration within classified (Secret or higher) environments, adhering to security and access control requirements. Provide support during exercises, surge operations, and TDY/deployment activities to ensure mission continuity. Maintain and administer mission systems including Windows-based clients, electronic flight bag (EFB) tablets, and tactical mobile devices. Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) for incident response, system availability, and service request fulfillment. A current Secret clearance is required
