This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Property Management Systems (PMS), loyalty programs, payment systems, and property-level technology infrastructure to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations. The Sr IT Administrator partners with operations, vendors, and leadership teams to resolve complex technical issues, implement new technologies, and support ongoing business initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary IT resource for Siegel Suites and Siegel Select properties. Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Property Management Systems (PMS) across multiple locations. Update room rates, rent changes, and system configurations within the PMS environment. Diagnose and resolve issues related to rewards points and loyalty program functionality. Perform ticket resolution, root cause analysis, vendor escalations, and issue follow-through. Coordinate with third-party vendors for telecommunications, PMS support, payment processing, and related technology services. Support credit card processing systems, online payment platforms, and point-of-sale technologies. Maintain and troubleshoot security cameras, credit card machines, Android tablets, and other operational hardware. Create and maintain technical documentation, purchasing records, and operational procedures. Suggest, design, and implement process improvements and new technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology projects and system implementations. Participate in after-hours support and emergency issue resolution as needed. Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting non-technical users and property teams. Support cybersecurity best practices and system security initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of hands-on technology support experience required. 2+ years supporting Property Management Systems (PMS) and multi-unit environments preferred. Experience supporting hotel or hospitality technology environments strongly preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across software, hardware, and network systems. Experience with vendor management and vendor escalation processes. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users. Experience supporting payment processing systems, online payments, and related technologies. Knowledge of security camera systems, Android devices, and operational technology platforms. Experience implementing or migrating PMS systems preferred. Strong organizational skills with diligent attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and work with computer equipment for extended periods. Ability to travel to property locations as needed. Work Schedule Full-time position, Monday-Friday. After-hours support required as needed. Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
