Flexible Spending Plans :

Healthcare, Dependent Care, Transit FSA In this role, you will: Manage Avatar EHR billing workflows, payer setups, fee schedules, and billing-related user access. Support claims processing, denial management, remittance reconciliation, and resolution of billing system issues. Partner with finance staff to ensure billing accuracy, revenue integrity, and timely resolution of payer and vendor issues. Maintain billing documentation, SOPs, fiscal reporting support, and compliance readiness. Support system audits, internal training, and ongoing billing configuration updates.

We require:

Hands-on experience with Avatar (Netsmart) EHR billing and fiscal modules, including healthcare or behavioral health revenue cycle management Experience with Medicaid, CCBHC, OASAS, or other behavioral health billing and compliance environments Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high degree of accuracy in financial data handling Familiarity with fiscal reporting in nonprofit or government-funded organizations and EHR-to-billing system integrations Salesforce experience preferred
