The ideal candidate would possess general PC and Microsoft Windows administration/maintenance, Microsoft Office products proficiency and general networking administration experience.
Duties to include:
General networking administration across multiple locations. Administration of software and hardware licensing with multiple vendors. Triage and investigate user help desk issues, addressing where able and elevating as necessary. Maintain physical equipment such as printers and scanners. Manage open IT projects to completion. Candidates must be willing to undergo basic training upon hire in the following disciplines unless previously experienced: IBM Power server operations and monitoring. IBM i (operating system) and associated monitoring. Infor Application Plus ERP software. Vanguard IMS/21 Imaging software. Respond to any hardware warnings associated with the Power server. Diagnose and respond to IBM i error messages or warnings, elevating as necessary. Verify that Application Plus transaction processing and mail services are operating normally. The following skills are considered a plus but not necessarily required: Open-source programming and debugging, most notably PHP. Mobile device configuration and administration. Use of AI tool where applicable

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
