Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts and Service Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our parts and service operations, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal departments. Your energetic approach will help streamline inventory management, facilitate efficient procurement processes, and support agricultural equipment repair services. Responsibilities Manage inventory control and service department operations, including shipping & receiving, stock replenishment, and order processing using company systems and order management software. Coordinate procurement activities by sourcing OEM parts, negotiating pricing with suppliers, and overseeing purchasing to ensure timely availability of parts. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory records, demand planning, and order tracking within company computer systems Support agriculture service operations by facilitating parts availability for repairs, assisting with equipment diagnostics, warranty submissions, and equipment repair scheduling. Collaborate with suppliers to manage supplier relationships, monitor supply chain performance, and resolve any procurement or logistics issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting dealership staff or clients with parts inquiries, order status updates, and technical support related to agriculture and turf equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to department management and forklift operation while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or warehouse management within an automotive, equipment or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in equipment diagnostics, electronics repair, or agricultural equipment repair is highly desirable. Proficiency in computer skills and customer communication Ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Valid forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment; familiarity with shipping & receiving processes essential. $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
