Full Job Description Job Summary:
Frontline International is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen oil management systems used by restaurants throughout North America. We are looking for a Customer Care & Service Specialist who enjoys helping customers, coordinating service and installation projects, and solving problems. This role serves as a key link between our customers, service providers, installers, sales team, and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer experiences from equipment order through installation, service, and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer support. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with installations and service work. Build positive relationships with customers and service partners. Receive, schedule, and track service requests. Dispatch service technicians and installation contractors as needed. Coordinate warranty claims and service-related documentation. Communicate service schedules, updates, and resolutions to customers. Monitor open service tickets and ensure timely completion. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and equipment questions. Schedule and coordinate equipment installations with customers and installation partners. Communicate project timelines, site requirements, and installation expectations. Track installation progress and maintain project records. Work with contractors to ensure successful and professional installations. Maintain accurate customer, service, and installation records. Update CRM and project management systems. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Technical Support teams. Assist with reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
1-2 years experience in customer support or call center environments preferred. Ability to manage multiple service calls, projects, and schedules simultaneously. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
