1st Shift, 8:00 AM•4:30 PM, Monday•Friday•
Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Specialist to join our Information Systems team. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer systems, network hardware, and software throughout the organization. The Systems Specialist will provide technical assistance and support to end users while helping ensure reliable network operations across Fulton County Health Center and associated businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems Provide prompt and professional help desk support Assist with network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Upgrade hardware and software as needed Support backup, data recovery, and disaster recovery procedures Maintain documentation for systems and troubleshooting solutions Provide technical support for network and peripheral devices Assist with maintaining secure and efficient technology operations throughout the organization•Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred, but not required Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems for servers and PCs Experience with Cisco network equipment and VoIP phone systems preferred Knowledge of Microsoft security environments and wireless networking Experience with hardware installation and repair Familiarity with VMware, SQL, MS Office Suite, and healthcare applications is a plus Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
