Job Description

CLEARANCE REQUIRED
: This job is located at: Job description: Shall maintain the Data Management System and provide updates required to sustain flight operations by monitoring system performance and availability, identifying and resolving degradation trends, and diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting application, data, and user-access issues. The contractor shall apply patches, version upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with Government direction and applicable cybersecurity requirements; update automation, scripts, and data ingest/processing workflows as needed to support mission changes; coordinate and execute change implementation activities (e.g., release planning, impact assessment, and rollback planning); validate that updates do not break existing functionality; and maintain system documentation, including configuration baselines, release notes, and user-facing guidance. The contractor shall provide operational support during mission-critical periods
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and System Administration, including Windows and/or Linux server administration, Active Directory/account management, patching and configuration management, virtualization, troubleshooting, network fundamentals, cybersecurity hygiene (e.g., STIG implementation and vulnerability remediation), and user support for secure or enterprise environments, or equivalent experience/responsibility Why work for QSL?
