Job Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain client IT infrastructure Troubleshoot complex technical issues as the Tier III escalation point Ensure systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability Recommend improvements to enhance client environments Collaborate with Tier I & II techs and training staff to support clients effectively

Requirements:

4-5+ years in IT support or systems administration Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Virtualization expertise (VMware, Hyper-V) Router/firewall configuration skills (Fortigate preferred) Proficiency in Windows OS (7-11) and Microsoft Office suites Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controllers Wireless networking experience (Meraki preferred) Familiarity with Fortinet, Meraki, and Unifi equipment Cloud computing and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) Prior experience in an MSP or IT consulting environment High school diploma or equivalent (certifications a plus) Why choose Addison IT?
