Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 124721 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Testing & Service Support Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in Sand Springs, OK. This role combines hands-on equipment testing, troubleshooting, technical service support, and customer interaction to ensure products perform at the highest level. The ideal Testing & Service Support Technician is mechanically and electrically skilled, customer-focused, and confident troubleshooting complex industrial systems both onsite and remotely. If you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with industrial equipment, and helping customers keep critical systems running, this Testing & Service Support Technician opportunity offers strong pay, long-term growth, and a highly dynamic work environment. What You ll Be Doing Conduct equipment testing to verify performance and compliance with specifications Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and maintain detailed documentation Review P&IDs, control schematics, and technical documentation prior to testing Recommend operational adjustments and control modifications as needed Perform startups, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on industrial heating systems Provide remote and onsite technical support for service issues and customer troubleshooting Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues Respond to customer service calls and provide first-line technical support Communicate product performance feedback to engineering and leadership teams Support service, engineering, and sales teams with technical expertise Assist with aftermarket parts support and technical recommendations Follow all safety standards and compliance procedures during testing and service work Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years of industrial testing, maintenance, or service experience Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems Experience reading P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings Strong technical documentation and reporting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions Ability to travel to customer sites as needed Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments Preferred Qualifications Two-year technical degree or vocational certification PLC programming knowledge Experience with electrical systems and burner systems Industrial equipment startup and field service experience Strong background in preventative maintenance and diagnostics Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of office, shop, test bay, and customer field environments Non-temperature-controlled industrial environment with noise, dust, dirt, and metal particles Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and stooping Travel to customer sites with varying environmental conditions PPE required in all production and field environments Why You ll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Stable Monday Friday schedule Weekly pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Highly technical, hands-on role with variety Opportunity to work directly with engineering, service, and customers Strong career growth potential in industrial equipment support Ready to Apply?
