We do the right things, and we get things done. Examples of Duties We're seeking a Network Administrator who brings both technical depth and a customer-first mindset. In this role, you'll support core infrastructure, modern cloud tools like Microsoft Intune and Teams, and the A/V and network systems that keep our organization running smoothly. This is an opportunity to help shape a secure, connected, and forward-looking technology environment. End User Support & Workstations Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person. Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations. Manage the full lifecycle of peripherals, including printers, scanners, and docking stations. Microsoft 365 & Security Administer M365 user accounts, licenses, and groups (Distribution and Security. Ensure endpoint compliance by maintaining antivirus definitions and OS patch levels. MDM/MAM & Intune Enroll and manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and laptops using Microsoft Intune. Package and deploy applications and configuration profiles to remote and on-site devices. Network & Telephony Monitor and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues across switches, VLANs, and wireless access points. Perform physical cabling, port patching, and rack organization as needed. Configure and support Teams Phone for voice. Server & Virtualization Assist with the monitoring of server health and virtual machines (VMware/Nutanix). Perform routine server maintenance, including updates and resource allocation adjustments. Monitor backup jobs and assist with data recovery requests to ensure business continuity. Meeting & On-Call Support Assist public meetings scheduled during your on-call rotation (Evenings). Respond to incidents during your on-call rotation (After hours). Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience :
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, or a related field; AND Five (5) years of responsible network management, computer systems, systems analysis, or related experience

Schedule:
5 days/8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)
