AM EST Job Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of IT systems, servers, networking, and workstations Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Experience with IT ticketing systems Exposure to monitoring tools and change management processes Knowledge of Active Directory and user account management SCCM workstation imaging and packaging experience is a plus
