The Position:

We're looking for a Customer Service Technician to provide phone support and some on location support.

Requirements:

Integrity Strong interest in continuous learning and growth Mechanical aptitude with experience Mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills with emphasis on automotive environment Good phone and person to person etiquette Computer skills using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software Work both independently and in collaboration with a team Make critical decisions and see them through to a positive result Travel domestically and internationally Valid Driver's License and Passport required Adapt to evolving work environments Ability to clear background checks for airports and military locations

Responsibilities:

Technical/diagnostic support over phone and at customer locations of: Fueling system Fueling system electrical CANbus network Air valves Hydraulic valves Air brakes Diesel engine and transmission codes Provide onsite training on use and maintenance of Rampmaster equipment Provide onsite diagnostics and repair of Rampmaster fueling systems and integrated components Perform pre-delivery quality control inspections of finished Rampmaster products Conduct classroom instruction to mechanics on maintaining and diagnosing Rampmaster systems
