Infrastructure Small System Specialist Work Type:

Western Pennsylvania (primarily in Cranberry Township, PA region and surrounding areas) About Us Stackhouse Management is a premier property management company dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the quality of life in our manufactured home communities. Operating across 10 states with 88 communities and over 8,200 lots, we are committed to providing safe and well-maintained infrastructure for our residents. We are currently seeking a Infrastructure Small System Specialist to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Facilities and Water Treatment Facilities across our communities.
What You'll Do Operations & Maintenance:
, Oversee daily operations of wastewater/water treatment facilities in your region, oversee contracted operators, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
System Monitoring:
Perform daily monitoring/checks on all aspects of the systems in your region, perform random inspections, sampling, and testing of wastewater/water treatment processes to ensure proper treatment and system compliance. Validate daily logs and chemical supply to ensure system compliance.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Respond, Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues in wastewater/water systems, including lift stations, transfer stations and water storage. Locating and securing licensed contractors for projects and repairs to treatment system.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports for environmental compliance and regulatory agencies. Ensuring system is always ready for inspection from Local, State of Federal agencies
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform scheduled maintenance on pumps, valves, aerators, filters, and other wastewater/water treatment equipment.
Emergency Response:
Respond/Address system failures or emergency issues. Ensuring communication of situation is channeled forward. Being the focal point on the ground during emergencies situations.
Collaboration:
Work alongside Property Management, Infrastructure Team and Regional Maintenance Team to support overall community utilities.
Who You Are Experienced:
At least 5 years of experience in wastewater/water treatment, utility maintenance, or a related field.
Certified:
Possession of (or ability to obtain) a Wastewater/Water Treatment Operator License preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of wastewater and water treatment processes, equipment maintenance, and environmental compliance.
Problem-Solver:
Able to troubleshoot mechanical and operational challenges with a hands-on approach.
Physically Capable:
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 75 lbs, as well as bend, twist, crouch, climb, and balance as needed.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using company-provided phone and laptop for reporting and documentation.
Driver:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Why Join Us?
