Description Administrative Services Coordinator

Hourly, Non-exempt Starting Pay :
$20.31 /hour

At Manchester Commons in Erie, personal care, skilled nursing, and our unique community for people living with dementia are all within a single building. Being under one roof allows for easy visits by friends and relatives, enables special programming across levels of care, and fosters strong bonds among team members, residents, and their families. The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for providing clerical support for administration and other departments as needed which may include but not limited to answering telephones, transferring calls, and paging appropriate personnel. Uses discretion when receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls and messages. This position will also supervise the concierges and contracted services of the salon. Requirements for the
Administrative Services Coordinator:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Three years of relevant experience Long-term care or health care experience preferred . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Working knowledge of standard office machines and equipment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
