Job Description

Summary The US Data and Systems Specialist works closely with the US President and the US Leadership Team to organize and expedite the operational flow of work for the US staff. This role builds and manages systems to help with the efficiency, volume, speed, and accuracy of data reporting and analytics. This role works primarily with Marketing & Communications (MARCOMs) and Event Director and will be responsible for recording, collecting, reporting, interpreting, and presenting data to assist with decision making and planning.
Goals This job exists to:
Manage US databases (Salesforce and Hubspot) Maintain and improve US databases Liaise with Marketing & Communications Liaise with Event Director Additional duties, as assigned Duties 1. Manage US databases (Salesforce and Hubspot) Act as a Specialist for relationship management by establishing and keeping minimum data standards, ensuring that all individuals and teams are keeping to the minimum data standards, resolving obstacles, maintaining data integrity, and training US staff as needed. Liaise with internal and external (where appropriate) specialists to organize campaigns, track existing campaigns, report on results, and compile national growth analytics and new region research. Prepare dashboards, reports, and statistics as needed. Review data often to ensure integrity. Clean and update invalid or duplicate records in the database. 2. Maintain and improve US databases Regularly review dashboards, reports, and data to ensure accuracy. In cooperation with IT, make updates and changes to US databases as needed (document all changes and reasoning under the Change Log). Provide a high level of oversight and direction of the US databases with its uses and functionality. Monitor and test system enhancements as needed. 3. Liaise with Marketing & Communications Meet weekly with Marketing Campaign Manager to discuss MARCOMs data/projects progress. Serve as Hubspot Specialist for regular data cleanup/maintenance, general troubleshooting, and system development. Craft email and physical mailing lists. Create and track systems reports for MARCOMs, including

metrics. Create website forms, surveys, and automations for website submissions. 4. Liaise with Event Director Manage Eventbrite registrations, ensuring data flow into Salesforce. Review/create campaign member creation via Event Registration tool. Prepare registration data for seating charts and event check-in. Log event attendance in Salesforce. Compile event results for Event Evaluation Forms and Event Result Analysis. 5. Additional duties, as needed: Coordinate with other US Data & Systems Specialist to create annual Salesforce campaign hierarchy with input from MARCOMs and Finance. Participate in regular staff meetings. Qualifications Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of a Christian church Passion for the mission and work of Global Disciples and alignment with its statement of faith, goals, purposes, and objectives. HubSpot and Salesforce experience strongly preferred. Previous experience with a CRM required. Strong project management skills. Outstanding relational, verbal, and written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy Self-starter, initiator who is organized and can relate detail to the overall picture. Adaptable and highly detailed. Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field is an advantage. Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite proficiency required
