Senior Looker Administrator Location:
Philadelphia, PA or Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Seeking a hands-on Senior Looker Administrator to support and maintain an enterprise Looker platform. This role is focused on platform administration, production support, upgrades, patching, API enablement, and operational excellence. This is not a LookML development or analytics role. Responsibilities Administer and support enterprise Looker environments. Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management. Provide L3/L4 production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Support Looker APIs, SDKs, and administrative automation. Manage user access, permissions, and platform governance. Assist with disaster recovery (DR), monitoring, and platform reliability. Create operational documentation and support knowledge transfer activities. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on Looker administration experience. Strong experience with Looker production support, upgrades, and patching. Experience with Looker APIs, SDKs, and administrative automation. Knowledge of GitHub and Dev/Prod deployment workflows. Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA. Basic Python scripting skills.
