Onsite Project Overview We are supporting a large-scale airport technology environment that requires skilled IT professionals to support, maintain, and enhance critical systems across multiple airport facilities. These long-term contract roles operate within a complex, mission-critical infrastructure supporting airport operations, security, communications, and end-user services. Successful candidates will contribute to the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise IT systems in a fast-paced operational environment. Responsibilities Manage, configure, and optimize SharePoint environments to support enterprise collaboration and document management needs across multiple airport departments Design and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and permission structures to ensure secure and efficient information sharing Support content management, version control, and governance standards across SharePoint platforms Assist in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users, resolving issues related to SharePoint access, functionality, and performance Deliver user training and guidance to improve adoption and effective use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools Requirements 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration or Microsoft 365 administration roles Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, site architecture, permissions, and content management Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is preferred Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale organizational environments Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to provide end-user support and training in a clear and structured manner Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
