Copier Service Technician

Topp Business Solutions, a leading company in sales and service of office automation is seeking a field service technician for our office products division.

Copier Field Service Technician:

Provide onsite technical support for our copier and printer customers in a dedicated service area

Technician Requirements:

Previous experience in services environment or similar field work Previous experience with Ricoh, Canon, HP or Konica Minolta products Previous experience with other copier manufactures hardware Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role Experience with Printer hardware installation and maintenance Experience with computers or networking Training such as A+ or Net + Reliable transportation for onsite support Ability to act independently, with initiative in a customer environment, as well as the ability to engage and collaborate with other support team members to find and implement resolutions Certifications a plus

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
