The Role :
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will work closely with a dynamic team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills to effectively manage customer interactions. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Experience in customer service or related field.
Technical skills:
CRM software, Microsoft Office.
