Strong command-line proficiency with systemd, performance analysis, user administration, and PAM-based authentication is the foundation.
Multi-platform analytics management:
This role spans SAS, Python/Condaplus, R/RStudio, SPSS, PyCharm, and KNIME simultaneously. The person must context-switch daily and communicate upgrade timelines and capacity constraints to business-side peers.
AI tool proficiency:
We use AI extensively for troubleshooting, building internal tools, automating workflows, and generating documentation. We need someone who actively leverages AI to accelerate their work. Must-haves vs.
