Job Description

NEW Epic Client Systems Administrator (Remote) Opportunity We're hiring an Epic Client Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise-level Epic environments across production, reporting, DR, and non-production systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong client-side Epic experience and Windows server knowledge.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm On-call required (after hours + weekends as needed)
What You'll Do:
Install, configure, and maintain Epic client systems and servers Support Epic Hyperspace (deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting) Monitor performance, apply updates, and manage backups/restores Support Citrix/VDI environments and resolve client-side issues Manage security, user access, and system compliance Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams Participate in upgrades, testing, and incident resolution Document systems, procedures, and best practices
What You Need:
1-2 years of relevant experience Epic Client Systems Manager Certification (required) Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field Strong Windows Server knowledge (design, tuning, backup/recovery) Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or VDI environments Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Nice to
Have:
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Healthcare systems experience
