About the Role In this role, you'll provide onsite support for Ricoh multifunction devices and PPID label printers across healthcare and office environments. You'll troubleshoot issues, perform installations, deliver supplies, and work directly with customers and IT teams to keep essential equipment running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into IT support, electronics, or field service. What You'll Do Respond to device alerts and service requests to keep equipment operational Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on multifunction devices and printers Install new equipment and update device firmware Partner with customer IT teams for network setup and connectivity Use remote support tools to minimize onsite dispatch when possible Deliver consumables and support new device rollouts Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and training as needed Travel between customer sites using a company vehicle
What We're Looking For Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license + required insurance Strong interest in technology, mechanics, or IT support Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn, problem ‑ solve, and work hands ‑ on Comfort using basic hand tools Nice toHave:
Coursework or experience in IT, electronics, or mechanical repair IT help desk, field service, or troubleshooting experience Experience reading technical documentation Physical & Work Environment Work primarily in healthcare + office settings Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push wheeled devices up to 400 lbs Bending, kneeling, and walking—especially in hospital environments Exposure to cleaning chemicals and minor mechanical risks Daily commute using your personal car; during your shift, travel is in a company vehicle What You'll Gain Hands ‑ on technical experience with real hardware Training and mentorship from experienced technicians A stable weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) Opportunities for growth into advanced technical or IT roles A mix of independence, customer interaction, and problem ‑ solving Ready to Start Your Tech Career?
